For any question, bug report, account issue, or data request, email support@vertexstrengthlab.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Report content or users
You can report an athlete from their profile page inside the app, or a specific post from the feed, and block any athlete (your block list is in Settings). Names, captions and comments are also screened automatically against a list of prohibited terms. Reports are aimed to be reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, workouts, and photos from our servers. If you can't reach the app, you can request deletion by email instead — that page also lists exactly what is removed and what is kept.
