For any question, bug report, account issue, or data request, email support@vertexstrengthlab.com. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Report content or users
You can report an athlete from their profile page inside the app, and block any athlete (your block list is in Settings). Reports are aimed to be reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.
Delete your account
In the app: Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, profile, workouts, and photos from our servers.
